This includes the current updates of the operating system as well as the installation of the latest version of the software used. For private devices, we only assist with offers and services of the data center. If the operating system or software is outdated and no longer receives security updates from the manufacturer, we unfortunately cannot offer any support. Only in exceptional cases can we assist with company-owned devices.
