On campus

The University Computing Centre is situated on Westring Campus, in particular:

  • office and staff are located in Ludewig-Meyn-Str. 4, sharing the building with the Maths Department,
  • student PC pool, printers, helpdesk and teaching facilities are located in Hermann-Rodewald-Str. 3.

By bus

Westring Campus is connected by local bus services 6, 61, 62, 81, 82 and 91. The stops nearest to the Computing Centre are "Universität/Westring" and "Universität".

By train

Take the train to Kiel central station (Kiel Hauptbahnhof), exit by the "Sophienblatt" entrance, and take a taxi or local bus from there. Bus services 61, 61 depart from section B2, services 91, 92 from section B1, services 81, 82 from section D1 on the other side of the street.By aeroplane The closest major airport is Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel (HAM), a bus service runs between Kiel central station and HAM approximately once per hour.
