DMS - Introduction of a document management system
The executive committee of Kiel University is promoting the introduction of a document management system at Kiel University in an initial project phase until mid-2019. Read more. The project team is responsible for setting up and running the DMS and plans and supports - often in conjunction with the project 'Process Management' of Kiel University - the development of individual e-files and workflows with close links to e-process handling. Initially, the focus of activities will be on central administration and the central facilities of Kiel University; the development of this as a basic service for all facilities of Kiel Univesity is currently under discussion. In addition to the computing centre, various staff units and service centers of the central administration and central facilities of Kiel University are involved in the project.
