Brief Description / Authorization
Kiel University has access to the Adobe VIP and ETLA licensing programs for the cost-effective procurement of Adobe software/licenses. Both are subscription licenses. Orders are placed via the ASKNET webshop.
- VIP in two variants
- Device license, i.e. device-based
- Named license, i.e. user-based
- annual end of term is December 28
- current price level: 2
- VIP number (required for ordering): F3EC77BCE78B0C3F451A
- ETLA (Enterprise Term License Agreement)
- Named license, i.e. user-based
- for Adobe Creative Cloud there Device licenses available
- ETLA is generally more cost-effective over the entire term
- order ETLA license via ASKNET
Ordering process
- after purchasing an Adobe license via ASKNET you will receive an e-mail from ASKNET
- contact the license management of the computing center with the following information (contact at the bottom of the page)
- university e-mail address the license will be used with
- order or invoice number
- the computing center will activate the license and you will automatically receive an e-mail from Adobe
