Set a new password in the CIM service portal
If you forgot the password to a service supplied by the computing centre, you can use the CIM service portal to set a new password. In case you do not know your password for the CIM service portal, you can also use your RZ-Pin as an alternative to the password.
Request login data to the CIM service portal
If you do not have your RZ-Pin available, but have set a contact e-mail address (for students the stu-mail-address is set by default), you have two options to regain access to the CIM service portal:
- Request a temporary link via e-mail, which you can use to set a new password for the CIM service portal.
