In the scope of scientific computing, the University Computing Centre provides support and consulting for the local high-performance computing systems and the HLRN supercomputing system. In particular, we assist users in solving the following problems:

• porting and optimization of programs for different computer architectures
• parallelization and vectorization of programs
• selection of appropriate software and algorithms
