Networks and Infrastructure

The department "Networks and Infrastructure" plans, operates and monitors the local networks, external grid connections as well as network-related services such as DNS, DHCP, RADIUS and VPN on the university campus. It is the central contact for the telephone systems and media technologies provided by the Computing Centre. Furthermore, the department designs the room, electricity and air conditioning infrastructure required for operating IT components at the Computing Centre.
