The computing centre provides preconfigured DokuWiki instances for the uni-internal use of institutions, projects and university groups.
Range of service
The computing centre maintains under https://www.wikis.uni-kiel.de
a centrally maintained and patched software installation. The data of the individual wikis are the responsibility of the participants.
Your benefits
You do not have to worry about installation and maintenance of the wiki software. User administration is done via the mail accounts that usually already exist.
Availability
The service is available 24 hours a day in normal operation.

Fault reports are received around the clock via the hotline form.

Registration
To register, please use Form 1 - New and Supplementary Application, if you have not yet booked a web service. Normally, new user IDs are assigned for the use of web services so that responsibility for the web pages can be transferred from one person to another at a later date. Please indicate that you would like a pre-installed Wiki. Wikis have the URL www.wikis.uni-kiel.de/wikiname, please specify this wikiname as well.
