virus filtering
the content of every email is checked for known viruses
greylisting
incoming emails will be accepted with delay under certain conditions

emails arriving from external sources will undergo checks of trustworthiness and content. Emails recognized as likely being undesired ("rocognized spam") will be marked.
The central recognition of spam filters does not perform automatic filtering out of regognized spam. This is possible via an incoming mail filter by the owner of tha mailbox.
