The RZ-PIN is a secret key for students and employees that can be used to log in into the CIM Service Portal. Students will receive their RZ-PIN with their documents when they register. For employees who were previously enrolled at the university, the RZ-PIN is also valid for the new job. New employees who were not previously enrolled at the university will receive their RZ-PIN at the earliest two weeks before the start of their employment by internal mail.

If the RZ-PIN is lost, a new RZ-PIN can be requested via the corresponding form in the CIM Service Portal to a stored email address.
